Who we are

Buried Ticket Audit is operated by Norskape AS, a company registered in Norway (registration in progress — registered address will be added once complete). You can reach us at hello@norskape.com.

What we collect

  • Email address — used to create your account and send audit reports.
  • Helpdesk credentials — your API token and subdomain, stored to run audits on demand and on schedule. Never shared with third parties.
  • Audit summary counts — after each run we store the number of critical, high, medium, and low tickets. This powers trend comparison between runs. No ticket content is stored.
  • Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we do not collect

We never store your raw ticket data. When an audit runs, we fetch tickets from your helpdesk API, score them in memory, and email you the output. The raw ticket content — subjects, descriptions, customer details — is discarded immediately after scoring. It never touches our database.

How we use your data

  • To run audits and deliver reports to your inbox.
  • To operate scheduled audits on your behalf.
  • To show trend comparisons between audit runs.
  • To manage your subscription and billing.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — authentication and database. Hosted in the EU.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

Data retention

Your account data and credentials are retained for as long as your account is active. Audit summary counts are retained indefinitely to support trend analysis. If you delete your account, all associated data is deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@norskape.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
