Terms of Service

The service
Buried Ticket Audit is operated by Norskape AS, Norway (registration in progress — registered address will be added once complete). The service connects to your helpdesk, scores open tickets by risk, and delivers structured audit reports to your inbox.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to access helpdesk accounts you are not authorised to access.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or the free audit gate.
- Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs without permission.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Billing and payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically.
- One-time payments are non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Your data
We never store raw ticket data. Ticket content is fetched, scored in memory, and discarded. Your helpdesk credentials are stored only to run audits on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Stripe, or infrastructure providers).
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Audit outputs are informational — they are not a substitute for your own operational judgement. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of scored results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norskape AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
